PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The Importance of Our Purchase Agreement for Owning a Golden Vein Pitbull. Our Commitment to Quality

At the Golden Vein, we pride ourselves on breeding the highest quality American Pit Bull Terriers. Our commitment to quality extends beyond just our breeding practices, but also to the individuals and families who take our dogs into their homes. This is why we have a strict purchase agreement in place for all sales of our puppies and dogs.Understanding Our Purchase Agreement

We want all potential buyers to understand that our purchase agreement is essential to ensuring that our dogs are placed in the best homes possible. Our puppies and dogs are not sold for breeding purposes or to kennels. We only sell to private parties who will provide our dogs with loving homes and treat them as family members.

All Sales are Final

It’s important to note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds of any kind   All deposits are not refundable.. We breed for the highest quality dogs and we believe in the excellence of our puppies and dogs, so we do not offer any guarantees. While we provide a 4th generation pedigree and birth certificate for each dog, we cannot control variables such as nutrition, exercise, or unforeseen accidents that may arise. It’s up to the owner to provide the proper care for their new pet.  All payments are due as full payments by the age of 8 weeks old. If the final payments are not made by 12 weeks of age, all deposits are forfeited and lost.
